These guys really helped me out. I had a broken AC, not working on 108 degree day. I called 8 other companies that weren’t available (even though some advertised 24hr care). Kyle stayed until 9pm to fix my AC. Truly amazing service. And I thought reasonable pricing as well. First time customer and I will be returning. Thanks so much for saving the day.

FACT has always treated us right. They've installed both of our AC units and serviced them. This week I had them come out due to an unusual situation. We're remodeling our closet with new IKEA cabinets and unfortunately the tall cabinets will block the access hole in our ceiling where techs climb up to service the AC items in the attic. We had a different access hole in our garage but I didn't know if it was up to code or not. So I asked FACT to come out and advise. Manager / owner Terry came out, climbed up in the attic, and then said that access hole would meet code if I just attached plywood to some of the studs to provide a safe walkway to the AC items. What a nice guy, and it's a relief to know we can complete our closet remodel and not violate any code issues by just doing a few enhancements. Plus, Terry said "no charge" when I wanted to pay their normal maintenance fee for coming out. This is a great company to do business with!

On time / Courteous / Professional / High level of technical knowledge / Very thorough / Excellent cleanup and final checks on operating system. Company did fail to share with me that combining two 110 V lines [220V] could create a need for “two grounding kits” priced at $500.00+ i.e. surge protector. . Other than this oversight, I would recommend FACT HVAC for this type of service. Johnnie came out and double checked system; monitored system. Nothing he see was not working...did check the drainage sensor on the drip pan.
