Amazing experience. We had one company come out who wanted to charge us $3000 and I felt like we were being taken advantage of because we are young. Called FACT and I was immediately impressed. Andrea on the phone was the nicest person I have ever spoken to. We had Johnny as our tech and he was just as fantastic. We paid half what the other quote was (to do the exact same stuff) and it was a way better experience. 100% recommend.

Great HVAC service checkup

We had Johnny stop by our home today and check out our unit. Once he was finished with diagnosing the system he came back in with some pictures and explained his findings. He gave a recommendation for a part to be changed and he got straight to work. Great service mate. Thank you

These guys really helped me out. I had a broken AC, not working on 108 degree day. I called 8 other companies that weren’t available (even though some advertised 24hr care).
